Yeah I guessed that much but your original post was a bit confusing as it doesn’t mention the app. Hence the question.

I don’t have much experience with cameras but isn’t it usually sd cards that you can pull out and transfer using a sd reader? Does the camera have internal storage that needs an account and app?

Sadly it does seem to be very popular but I am sure there are some niche forums specific for certain items like tech related ones which also has a marketplace for tech products, audiophile ones for audio gear etc. I joined one to buy something and ended up being a part of the great community now so hopefully something works out for you as well.

They removed the first half “Dead” from “Deadmau5”, leaving “Maus”. It’s a joke.

I can’t remember some syntax unless I do it at least 100 times. I often look up stuff that I have already done before and know because of my goldfish memory.

It is convenience and easy to use. Both are equally important. I already have the arr stack perfectly running for movies and series but lidarr just seems difficult to work with. Been resorting to manually download few from those online tools that take it from tidal or qobuz but it’s cumbersome. Tried to just buy qobuz, tidal and deezer but none of them are available here and couldn’t get around it with VPN either. The only option I have are Spotify, apple, YouTube and amazon which I absolutely hate and refuse to buy because of the companies running it. Are there any plugins people are using for lidarr to pull from api or a script that I can write myself of better torrent sites that have consistent quality and massive library.

I have been using freetube for a while now which is also facing this issue so it looks like a tug of war between the clients and YouTube which is getting others in the crossfire as well. But for some reason, when I add haruna as external player in freetube and launch a video it always works. Guessing other video players like vlc might also work which you can use with freetube and maybe other privacy focused clients.

I don’t mind the lack of launcher too much as I already use heroic and have a couple of free gog and epic games there. The biggest blocker for me rn is the payment options and not so great regional pricing compared to steam. It seems to have improved but still not enough so maybe they it will get better in a couple years.
Edit: One more thing. It’s not that I don’t want to support gog but I actually want to support steam for what they did for Linux and still be relatively consumer friendly. I wouldn’t even be using Linux right now if it wasn’t for proton.

So what do you suggest? Gog is not a contender for me unless they add equivalent regional pricing (in my region), payment options, Linux support (proton), mod workshop, easy multiplayer connectivity, community pages like guides, friend list with messaging and voice chat, etc. Would love to get things on gog but the only thing it has going is DRM free and a ton more negatives. If steam were to rug pull or whatever then I would just go back to the seas.

Oh definitely but my comparison was with Firefox using ublock origin so didn’t mention the ads. YouTube with ads is literally unusable for me and I don’t wanna pay money to google either. I haven’t seen YouTube recommendation page in so long so can’t remember how bad it is lol.

Because your reports doesn’t matter. They don’t have any morals to begin with and will only comply for legal threats.

I use a 3rd party app Freetube. Don’t need a google account and you can set multiple subscription profiles for different types of content. I only find new channels from suggestions for each video but stick to subscription as home page. But as with any 3rd party front end, YouTube is in constant battle with them, especially with vpn which can break things once in a while but it is a price you have to pay for a bit of privacy.

This is there first time I am learning about this and I am also finding it difficult to accept

Ah mine was just a reply to your question on how to use SSH. I would rather use tailscale and use SSH from terminal as its super responsive and I am fairly comfortable with it. Iirc I followed a tailscale documentation on how to setup SSH which was super quick and easy to follow, try it. You can also SSH into your machine from the browser itself using tailscale admin portal.

Not sure what devices you are using but I just run ssh desktop or ssh laptop in the terminal, running linux. I am not using tailscale app tho, I have service setup in Nixos config and use the commands only.

That’s why we have 4 environments, development, test, pre-production and production.

Most of my content is h265 and av1 so I assume they are also facing a similar issue. I usually use the jellyfin app on PC or laptop so not an issue but my family members usually use the old TV which doesn’t support it.

Any particular spec requirement I would need? There are a lot of them in used market but I am not sure what I need.
There’s only 3 Perry’s here with left most being 3.0. Why would you need it to be upside down to know where left side port is lol.
