If you’re depending on your smartwatch to tell you the truth about how many calories you burned during a workout — well, don’t.
Article straight to the point, I like it.
I have an Apple Watch and one of the main reasons I have it is the health tracking. That being said; no one should be under the impression that a wrist mounted wearable is going to be close to 100% accurate. It’s good as a guide and self comparison, but that’s about it.
I’ll never trade my Garmin Instinct Solar for anything else, even knowing that the sleep and other estimates are not accurate. I am curious what the most accurate tool is on the market though, mostly out of curiosity.
