Hideo Kojima has no sense of scope, expanding on what his games are past what the publisher can afford. I’ve worked with people like that before, it becomes a death march because the goal keeps moving away and it feels like you are making no progress. If he wants to do that he needs to have a publisher with unlimited cash.
