Emacs is a text editor that can also do other things. It’s an alternative to something like VScode or notepad++, not an office suite. It’s super archaic too, so it will always have a niche crowd.

Your operating system Ubuntu, is not supported.
Click here to upgrade to Arch, btw.
It’s not that simple. In David Allen’s GTD book he talks about how many people we consider successful like people in upper management are hiring coaches to help them get organized because they’re losing control. Granted, it’s a bit self gratifying since he sells the GTD book, but there may be quite a bit of truth to it.
Software is the leading cause of all computer viruses.
I’m reading online that the game doesn’t even maintain 30 FPS on the switch in docked mode. That’s kind of crazy for a console game released in 2023. I get that it’s a cheaper console, but at some point, they need to bite the bullet and just manufacture something with better hardware. No wonder people are trying their hardest to emulate the switch.
Maybe they’re not for you, IDK. I started with a Lamy safari and noodler’s ink, and it was pretty smooth. You do have to write a bit differently though.
The pilot G2s are well known for being very good as well.
I’m thinking of going back to nicer gel pens. Fountain pens are great when writing, but filling and cleaning is such a hassle. My favorite is probably the TWSBI VAC 700R since it holds so much ink, and it doesn’t need to be filled often at all.
If writing for a decent amount of time, this is how I do it with fountain pens. They almost feel made for lefties.
I feel like it makes sense. If you order coffee you pay for the amount of coffee not the overall volume of the coffee and ice. This is actually a good thing because you won’t be wondering if they watered down your drink more than usual due to an error by the barista.
I feel like this word is just used to mean that something caused a certain emotion. Maybe it was co-opted from the world of mental health. Either way, saying it triggered me is less descriptive than saying that it annoyed or infuriated me, but it’s popular now.
Gender is a second order tensor, so you should store it as a pointer to an array of pointers for maximum read/write speed.
Moving a very stinky trashcan back to a more public area after doing something like this may not be a great idea. Leaving it in the bathroom also is weird though. I don’t think any solution is ideal in that situation.
I feel like building a top of the line PC cost less than half this just one generation ago. What on earth happened?
Edit: maybe the specs in the comic are just crazy.
For how janky driverless cars can be, I am not optimistic that we’re close. I wouldn’t want a huge bus full of people getting confused on the road. If driverless cars didn’t require so much human intervention to function normally, I would have a different feeling.
My school taught me C and Python for what that’s worth. It was not for software development per se though. It was for physical simulation. I don’t know if that was a departmental decision or a coincidence based on my professors.
I found it on this site under the “happy” category. https://github.com/delventhalz/kaomoji-analyzer/blob/master/source_mojis.txt
Maybe it’s a skill issue, but this game was Star Wars Jedi Knight 2 for me. I think I played it on the second easiest difficulty. On higher difficulties, the enemies move much faster and do more damage, and you start to realize how inaccurate the guns are. On top of that, the weapons are projectile weapons, so you’re aiming inaccurate and slow projectiles at stormtroopers shuffling left and right rapidly. I think it’s much more fun to just play on the first or second difficulty.
Maybe not exactly what you’re looking for, but Vangers is a game that uses voxels AFAIK.
Not every enterprise runs crowdstrike, so it’s not Microsoft’s fault. I was having trouble finding out what happened because our computers were working normally, lol. The XKCD comic tipped me off.
HL 2.̅9̅ doesn’t have the same ring to it, but it equals 3.
