Star Trek is dead. It died in the early 2000s when UPN canceled Enterprise. That is my hill to die on.

If Star Trek can’t teach you self reflection or reflection on the state of humanity, including conceptual ethics, it isn’t Star Trek.

Read books instead and try to remember the good times.
