Eheran@lemmy.worldto Technology@lemmy.ml•Office is too slow, so Microsoft is making it load at Windows startup91·9 days agoNonsense, Excel is extremely bad at analyzing and visualizing data. The whole point of Excel is ease of use, cell reference, etc. Now make 10 graphs with different ranges, different axis ranges, etc. good luck. It is a whole lot of useless clicking, with open tabs like axis ranges of course always resetting to the line formatting. It is exactly like it was 20 years ago with zero improvement. You can still NOT simply input a cell with a value into the axis range to make it automatic.

Eheran@lemmy.worldto Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•The forest center near me removed the bins. .. From their café/picnic areaEnglish222·2 months agoYes, they are. But that does not make it better that there is no bin. I have been in a situation with no bin but trash that can not simply be carried (disgusting liquid) and had to dump it. That is extremely rare for me, I usually pick up others trash. But there are situations where you simply need a bin, no matter how green you are.

Only other persons will suffer. Which is exactly why everyone here calls it a bribe. Which is why you saying that completely neutral makes it look as if you think that is good and should be done.
What exactly are you arguing for or against at this point?

Why would you put it in "? Do you think those are not going to be really and/or multiple?
We are talking about a monthly average upload of something like 100 Mbit/s, which of worth about constantly streaming 2 movies at 50 G. The peaks during prime time are multiples of that, realistically exceeding 1 GB/s, since most people stream evening/night. Then he would need to be streaming tons of movies, making him a prime target for a big lawsuit. Instead, if he just downloads and seeds some files, you get a near constant throughput. Linux, Tor node, or some mixture of all of that. But not a streaming service for a dozens of people.
Downloading tons of content. Seems more likely than being a central streaming hub for tons of people for multiple reasons.
So how much traffic do you generate?
40 TiB per month are 1.3 TiB daily. Even at 10 GiB per movie that’s 100 movies every single day. I doubt that is the reason.
