Almost as if there’s a difference between

An assembly line making perfectly centered holes into a part that they’ve yet to finish painting and detailing

versus

my ass crouching down and praying I can get four clean pilot holes in and by some miracle the paint not start flaking

Not to mention what if I put the plate slightly too high and it catches more wind and starts making some annoying ass whistling

Yeah I bought a new car last year and it doesn’t even have a mounting spot. it’s not a big deal not having two plates I’m sure one of the other 600 cameras on the drive will get me.

For fun I looked up how I’d have to mount a front plate and it’s just gross. I’d have to drill holes into the front or buy a bracket that’d be lopsided.

Have you tried switching to diet sodas?

My wife had an eating disorder from her teens to her thirties. To get a feeling of being full she would drink diet sodas. It’s a habit she still keeps even though she’s able to eat less restrictively these days.

People with EDs generally don’t have great teeth so she’s always been super paranoid about hers. Her dentist said to counter the acid she should drink with a straw and finish it in one go then wash her mouth with water.

I’m not sure what it is about car map searches but the suggested locations are always crap. My wife uses CarPlay and I’ll use that or android auto in my car. (So Apple Maps then google maps)

If you type like grocery into either of the maps from the dash then they’ll lose their goddamn minds and recommend some backwoods gas station instead of the local Kroger.
