New update - the sign for behind my desk (and the future captain’s chair) got installed today

Yeah thats a great idea. I think the arm rests are too narrow for a full tablet but Ill see if my old android phone will fit- would be super cool to have interactive controls that actually do things

Not yet I will check it out though. I assume just a TOS chair? All I can seem to find online is people building the big boxy TOS chair out of plywood.

Oh yeah I found it, thats neat however it looks more TOS era i think im going to go for touchscreen buttons like everything after TNG

Yeah I will be posting every step in my process in this thread so I will give you lots of pics :)

I think I can get the guys in the shop at work to grind down any metal that might remain from the foot rest so fingers crossed there are no complications
