Finally gave in to a 2 month free trial of YouTube premium this week. Not planning on buying into it however when the trial expires. But with the holidays thought it was a good time to accept the trial for two full months.

Originally sole canadian actress was hired to play Janeway…forgot her name, but you can see some original footage on YouTube, she was so bad as captain Janeway. Mulgrew took the character to a whole other level.

Personally enjoyed Voyager, skipping some episodes however, mostly those personal quests… And Neelix didn’t bring much as well.

Enterprise was…meh. Learned to like it and by the third season it felt like they finally found the right direction. Loved the doctor in that series. And the theme song, my god who decided that. Awful.

Strange new worlds is great, feels like it has everything I expect from a star trek series. Atmosphere, decors, characters, theme song…

My mother has been connected to fiber recently (which she doesn’t need at all…advised against it, but you know sales pushing…) She gets an eye-watering 500/500mbps no cap connection for 78$ (including tv and fixed phone)

I’m more ‘rural’ so minimum 5 years before any fiber is passing by…

Could get a speed bump to 300/20mbps and ‘no cap’ (fair use policy) for about 10$ extra.

Yeah I could live without the cable subscription, but my wife cannot. Same plan with internet only would be about 36.50$

About 63€/68$ for 100/10mbps speed and a 150GB data cap. Including a cable tv subscription.
