10·2 years agoGrayjay is a platform that allows users to view YouTube alongside paid content like Patreon, or even live platforms like Twitch.
So I guess one more middleman between content and consumer.
Edit: their website loaded after 5 mins

So they are like: “don’t open twitch. open our website, it’s literally the same thing”. A super-app for video streaming? Who asked for this, and why?

dingleberry@discuss.tchncs.deto Gaming@beehaw.org•PS5 Slim’s Lack Of Fanfare Speaks Volumes About This Generation
41·2 years agoNew consoles used to be a big deal. Generational leaps still are, but we’ve fallen into a malaise in recent years as new models and more powerful advancements come along and we all shrug our shoulders before getting on with our day.
That’s a distinctly “game journalists have nothing to write about” problem.
Anyway, this was a chance for Sony to finally ship functional Bluetooth with their damn Console. Guess not.

1143·2 years agoI have a sneaking suspicion that most memes are from CS students, it all makes sense. People with jobs don’t have time to make memes, get angsty about languages, or syntax issues.
There are way too many Notepad enthusiasts out there.
