It is Jetbrains newest thing, an all language ide, an answer to VsCodium and Zed I guess, it’s still stuck in beta though
I understand your points about convenience and experience

RustRover feels quite heavy/bulky, why not Fleet/Zed assuming you’ve checked those out?

41·1 year agoi don’t know why but i feel strongly about this topic and the comments are not helping either, if i were to host a function and invite people over and they refused to show without previously telling me they won’t be able to make it, i would hurt them so much they won’t get over it and that’d be the end of whatever friendship existed between us
in my part of the world, social events are to be honored, if you can’t or don’t want to go, that’s fine and you should say so before hand, if you can’t anyways, you’re expected to reach out to the person and make amends for that

Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•Chrome thinks Firefox is unsafe!English
1·2 years agoBrowser private modes are not really private, it’s just an isolated window that won’t save your search to the browser history. Google and other trackers would always link your private session back to you.
Read Mozilla’s take on browser private modes.

1·2 years agoThat looks great at first until I tried searching and I got hit with a low-res captcha asking me to choose pictures about minecraft because /g/tards bots are stressing the server. I don’t get that on SearX.
Also, the server is in the US, privacy-wise, that’s quite bad.

I wonder how many accounts on Lemmy.world are cia-bots that keep repeating the `China uses slave labour" mantra
