Are you a previous hire at my company? You sound like you should be a manager here with those great ideas
Yeah I’m looking for a new job but I have to develop skills people want now.
You know there are object oriented languages? Well, try three different retired programmers who made attempts to implement objects three different ways into C.
It’s great!
What are tests and test automation? What documentation? What’s a code review? Can you please come talk to my boss?

7·3 months agoGiven that they were planning to implement Yandex telemetry, I’m guessing the answer is yes. Plus they decided to age “limit” to 13+ to support these changes.
If I could recall anything I ate today, I’d tell you what else I remember about audacity back then. As it stands, I can’t. So, sorry about that

1·4 months agoNot yet, my WM largely negates the need but in the case of WSL I do use screen. I’ll see if it’s available easily with Ubuntu and try it out.
Thank you

2·4 months agoI guess mayhaps I’m not the target audience as I can achieve this effect with existing tools and I avoid GUI whenever possible.
Maybe also not the target OS, but sometimes ssh isn’t installed by default either. It would be cool if you add rsync as a prereq
Oof.
I don’t know enough about node and Angular to be offended but the gopher crab may be more offensive than the vim one.
