2·11 months agoHaha. I’m not a huge brown sauce aficionado myself but HP is the gold standard in the UK and Chef is the big one in Ireland is my understanding. If there’s any British or Irish shops near you or even supermarket sections they’ll have it.
It’s like a more savoury ketchup I suppose. Bit more bite to it too. The thoughts of it in tea though. Jaysus. Just no.

1·11 months agoIf you don’t mind me asking, are you from a part of the world where brown sauce is a thing?
I’m laughing here.

2·11 months agoWildly late but your comment did cause me to rewatch Intermission. What a great flick. The opening scene had stuck with me from before because it’s so well done but the brown sauce bit was amazing and overall it’s such a fun watch.

Star Trek Social Club@startrek.website•Do you skip Star Trek intros when streaming?English
4·1 year agoIt depends. I have a ritual of watching a Star Trek series start to finish with my kids when they’re around 10-12. Currently watching Voyager season 5 with my 10 year old and we do savour that intro occasionally but not always. I’d say maybe one in five times we’ll watch it.
It’s a long intro at nearly two minutes but it’s such a good one. Great music, great graphics, super setting.
The segfault at the end was perfection.

6·2 years agoStudied this in computer science algorithms class waaaaayyy back in 1996 and by golly this one stuck with me. It’s so simple and so effective.
I watched TNG through fully with my daughter when she was 12, one episode most nights. She’s nearly 17 now and absolutely shocked that I can send her banger Star Trek memes daily.
LOVE this place and all the posters. Thank you!
Wololo!

Done. Good luck.
