Just don’t “forget” to replace the ai placeholder textures this time you guys
Besides that, my only complaint with this game (and it is minor) is that I just can’t stand the UE5 slop anymore. I think Expedition 33 did possibly the best job I’ve ever seen with engine (the weird, amorphous detailed-but-generic textures didn’t detract as much as they usually do because of whole the painting-like aspect) but with everything else, like gameplay and story as strong as it was I would have preferred anything, even a low-res low-poly look.
Not saying UE5 is not a problem in the industry, but visually if someone wants realism, EU5 can do the closest games can do today.
I think that every AAA game is an open world action-adventure that roughly feels the same has very little to do with the UE engine itself.
